My name is Mounir and I am celebrated trained Michelin-star chef renowned for my innovative approach to gastronomy and a deep passion for culinary artistry. With a career spanning over 20 years, I developed my skills in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens from New York City and Marrakech to Siena Italy, bringing a unique blend of diversification, creativity and tradition to every dish.
I launched Jersey Farm To Table blog to share my culinary expertise with everyone by creating easy-to-make recipes that anyone can make at home and showcasing my dedication to locally sourced ingredients and a commitment to sustainability in the Garden State.
