BEST FRIED CAULIFLOWER RECIPE

I do not get bored cooking cauliflower; it is because there are many different ways to cook it. One of my best cauliflower dishes is fried cauliflower floret. It can be served as an appetizer or as a side dish, with a dip or just with vinegar. This recipe is light and easy to digest and this amazing mix can be used for any of your favorite vegetables.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup of flour

1 cup of sparkling water

Salt and pepper to taste

Chili flakes to taste (optional)

Vegetable oil for frying

1/2 pound cauliflower

STEPS:

First, heat vegetable oil in deep frying pan to 365 degrees F using the thermometer. Meantime, with a small sharp knife cut the cauliflower to small florets and set a side.

In large bowl, combine the flour, water, salt, pepper, and chili flakes and whisk until well blended (the mix should be neither too thick nor too runny mix).

Next, start coating the cauliflower florets in the mix, then deep-fry them until golden brown, place directly on paper towel to let drain from excess oil.

Serve as a side or with your favorite dish.
