We all have been there, what do we do with our leftover cranberry sauce? Let’s be honest there are tons of ideas to use your leftover turkey, such as making a turkey sandwich or shredded turkey breast over a salad and so on. But what about the cranberry sauce?

The answer is cheese such as Brie, the sweetness and the citrusy flavor of the cranberry sauce goes very well with the Brie cheese or cheese in general.

STEPS:

Preheat the oven to 375 degree.

Place the Brie in small iron cast pan or sheet pan cover with cranberry sauce and bake for about 5 to 6 minutes.
