HOMEMADE CHEESEBURGER

Last Chance for a healthy and juicy cheeseburger before we wrap up our summer vacations, right in your kitchen or backyard.

A healthy homemade cheeseburger made by grass feed ground beef served with kale, avocado and New Jersey Tomatoes that is easy to make. Intentionally not mixing the ground beef with any other ingredients but the seasoning salt and pepper in order to experience the true taste of the grass feed burger.

INGREDIENTS:

½ Pound Grass Feed ground beef

5 Slices American cheese

5 Hamburger buns split and toasted

Salt, Pepper, Olive oil

STEPS:

Season the ground beef with salt and pepper made to patties.

In Iron skillet sear for 3 minutes on each side, finish the cooking in 375-degree oven about 5 minutes. Make sure to check in between (cooking time may vary depending on thick/thin the patties are)

Top with cheese until melted then serve on toasted buns with Kale, tomatoes, onions, pickles or any toppings of your choice.
