HOMEMADE POTATO CHIPS

These perfectly cooked  homemade chips will satisfy your salty  craving without leaving the house.

INGREDIENTS:

3 Medium Idaho potatoes

Vegetable oil for frying

Kosher salt

STEPS:

First, heat the vegetable oil in saucepan or deep-frying to 365 degrees using the thermometer. Peel the potatoes skin and start slicing thinly using the mandolin or food processor. Then place the potato slices into a large bowl of cold water.

Drain the potatoes and pat dry with paper towels from excess water. Working in batches, deep fry the potatoes stirring occasionally until golden brown about 3 to 6 minutes.

Finally, place the potatoes on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.
