HOW TO MAKE BEST SPAGHETTI ALLA CARBONARA
INGREDIENTS:
1-pound spaghetti
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 ounces Pancetta or bacon cut in cubes
1 egg
1 cup Grated pecorino Romano
Salt and freshly grounded pepper
STEPS:
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan; salt and black pepper, set aside.
In large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat then cooks the pancetta until crisp. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss very well, then remove from heat, add the mixture of egg and Pecorino cheese to the pasta and stir constantly until nicely coated, season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
