INGREDIENTS:
2 Cod fillets cleaned
4-tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic crushed
3 sprigs of thyme
2-tablespoon flour
Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
STEPS:
Dry the cod fillet with paper towel, then season with salt, freshly ground pepper and a drizzle with olive oil.
Coat the fish with flour on both side and shake to get rid of excess flour.
Heat oil in non-stick pan over medium heat; add the crushed garlic and the thyme to flavor the oil about 2 minutes then discard.
Cook the cod about 2 minutes on each side (cooking time depends on thickness and size of the fish) until golden brown or until flaky and cooked through.
Serve immediately with your favorite side dish.
