INGREDIENTS:
About 1 pound of beef marrow bones.
STEPS:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In cast iron pan or baking sheet, place the bones (size average) side up, cook for about 15 minutes for until the marrow starts to melt or until it is soft and no longer pink inside.
Sprinkle with kosher salt.
Serve hot by scooping out the marrow and spread on your favorite toasts.
