MUST TRY OVEN ROASTED BRANZINO
In this recipe the fish is perfectly cooked in the oven with only one layer of few vegetables, which make the Branzino keeps its delicacy, the juiciness, and the freshness.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Branzini
1 lemon sliced
1 green pepper sliced
½ red onion thinly sliced
1 tomato sliced
1 clove of garlic
Sprigs thyme
Salt& freshly ground pepper to taste
3-tablespoon olive oil
STEPS:
First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Meanwhile, pat dry the Branzino with pepper towel, then start seasoning the fish inside and out with salt, pepper, drizzle of olive oil. Place the sprigs of thyme inside the fish.
Next, in sheet pan, place a layer of sliced green pepper, sliced tomatoes, slice red onion, then place the fish on top of the vegetables, then top with sliced lemon and extra drizzle of olive oil.
Finally, Cook for about 20 to 30 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
Serve hot.
