Personally one of the favorite ways to cook salmon is searing it, since one of the characteristics of the salmon is being oily fish, searing it keep all the juices and the healthy oil trapped inside with a tasty extra crispy crust.
INGREDIENTS:
2 steaks of wild caught Salmon
1 clove of garlic crushed
One sprig of thyme

STEPS:
First, with some patience, try removing all the pin bones with fish bone tweezers. Heat oil in nonstick pan over high heat, add the crushed garlic and the thyme to aromatize the oil about 1 minute and remove when they start burning.
Season the salmon steaks with salt and freshly ground pepper and sear on both sides until golden brown about 2 to 3 minutes according to the thickness of the salmon.
