Even if we are officially at the beginning of fall, I still receive fresh and ripe peaches in my weekly share. So I will post many healthy salad recipes based on Peach.
INGREDIENTS:
2 PEACHES
Goat Cheese
Hand chopped Pistachios
1 Tablespoon of Honey
Mint (optional)
STEPS:
Slice the peaches to even pieces.
Add the crumbled goat cheese, add the chopped Pistachios and finally drizzle with honey.
Garnish with mint leaves.
