RED RADISHES WITH BUTTER (RADIS AU BEURRE)

It is spring and I like to enjoy the luxury of the simplicity such as red radishes with butter.

I love the sharp taste of the radishes as I enjoy them cooked glazed or raw with just coarse sea salt and butter.

I like to note that the fresh green leaves are very rich in vitamin C and can be used in soups and potage. 

1 bunch red radishes

Coarse sea salt

Unsalted butter
