ROASTED GARLIC HUMMUS
This classic Hummus recipe is one of the most popular dishes in the Middle Eastern cuisine.
I choose the roasted garlic as it gives the hummus a unique flavor, but you can choose your preferred flavors by adding your desired spices or ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
Serve 2-3 people
7 oz. can of chickpeas
1 tablespoon of tahini
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
4 cloves of roasted garlic
4 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt to taste
Water if needed
STEPS:
In a food processor or blender, add all the ingredients but olive oil and start pulsing, then slowly pour the olive oil until the desired consistency.
Check the seasonings and serve at room temperature.
